What kind of spaces and places do we need...
... so that the truly new can emerge?

I currently live in Berlin and work as a project manager and facilitator for the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN) in a German Government funded project. My core activity there is to inspire and connect people to adapt the sustainability concept of ecovillage communities in urban areas through workshops and public relations/outreach.

I also work as a facilitator for the network of living and learning centers („LebensLernOrte“ by Sinn-Stiftung) as well as for Leadership3 where we create spaces for diving into a new leadership culture.

What I am passionate about:
I love to create spaces that allow to step beyond the initial question and widen the frame of narrow problem and solution definitions.
I am convinced that every system, every person and every group has the solution to its problems already and just needs a space to unfold them. I am passionate about supporting people in creating that space where truly new can emerge. I look forward to fruitful connections and co-creative collaboration!
